UTCC reopen Tuesday Night Class at UCC in Edina
United Tai Chi Center (UTCC) will reopen its Tuesday night classes at Chapel Hills UCC in Edina starting October 1, 2014. The class will be based on classical Wu Style Tai Chi and Tai Chi Ruler exercises. Students will be led through three phases of training, including
- “structural integration”,
- “breathing integration,” and
- “body-mind integration”.
The benefits of the program include
- opening of internal channels of energy,
- increase in local and whole body blood circulation,
- gaining health and vitality and
- longevity and happiness in life.
You will be learning a series of coordinated Tai Chi movement while being entertained by Sifu (Chinese technical term for instructors teaching the program), and enjoying the companion of other fellow students. Details as below:
1．Time：5:30pm to 6:20pm or 6:30pm to 7:20pm, every Tuesday evening (registration and reservation required)
2．Location：Chapel Hills United Church of Christ, 6512 Vernon Avenue South, Edina MN
3．Cost：UTCC membership fee $55 (one class per week) or $99 (two classes per week). Half price for the first month for new members or if you bring a friend new to the center (you and your friend will both enjoy a 50% discount). 4．Other benefits: Online video support, annual World Tai Chi and Qigong Day Event and other information exchange events. Other convenient locations and time and classes will be added, as membership grows.
