Tai Chi For Balance with Sally Edstrom

United Tai Chi Center welcome Sally Edstrom join its certified instructors.

Sally Edstrom has over 10 years of experience in Tai Chi, and has recently been certified as a Tai Chi instructor by UTCC after taking over 30 classroom hours of instruction.

Tai Chi for Balance program, created by Sally, was based on the very popular Yang Style Tai Chi with a special emphasis in improving balance, as well as reducing stress and enhancing immune system.

This program will teach simple and effective techniques regarding the following:

  • Qigong for deep breathing to relive stress and anxiety
  • Wu Chi for balance both in the mind as well as the body
  • “Empty and Full” movements to increase strength and flexibility
  • Introduction to the short form of Yang Style Tai Chi.
